Every NDIS participant’s plan is a unique puzzle, and our mission is to help them put the pieces together. Our approach is set up in direct consultation with allied health specialists, ensuring our clients receive the most appropriate and effective support to achieve their goals and aspirations. We offer NDIS participants tailored support, focusing on one part of their plan at a time; this ensures they get the right help at the right time.
Our Locations
Based in Norwood, we provide services to participants throughout South Australia and New South Wales.
We understand the difficulty associated with accessing services when located in rural and remote communities, such as Coober Pedy and the APY Lands, and alter our service delivery method accordingly.
Participants have the choice of accessing services in-home, in our office, at vocational facilities, or within the community.
