Train Me Consulting

Psychosocial Recovery Coaching

Who is a Psychosocial Recovery Coach at Train Me Consulting?

A Psychosocial Recovery Coach is an NDIS-funded professional with specialised mental health expertise, focused on empowering individuals with psychosocial disabilities (including autism spectrum disorder, BPD, PTSD, and other related disabilities). They work closely with you and those important to you to understand your unique needs and provide tailored support that builds resilience, independence, and confidence. By helping you access mental health services, explore available supports, and navigate the NDIS, recovery coaches take a hands-on approach to ensure you receive the personalised care needed to achieve your goals and thrive in daily life.

Why should you choose a Train Me Consulting Psychosocial Recovery Coach?

At TMC, we pride ourselves on our deep understanding of NDIS legislation, ensuring that we navigate the complexities of the system effectively for your benefit. With extensive experience in support coordination, we are equipped to provide tailored solutions. Our team holds qualifications in psychological sciences and related units, enabling us to offer expert guidance in your recovery journey, and many have lived experience. Additionally, we have the unique benefit of collaborating closely with The Orange Umbrella, our sister company, who are specialist Allied Health professionals – including Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Physiotherapists, and Mental Health Workers.
